the hotel is well priced and truly exceptional with patient employees from the cleaning staff to the waiters. the breakfast was hot and varied, the check in was fast. the large pool was lovely and good for swimming.

Everything was simply outstanding. I had reasonably priced room where the ac works. Amazing food, pasta and salads were served in the beach bar.

The breakfast offered a variety of warm and delicious options such as fruit juice, breads, cereal, muffins, and pancakes. the hotel has a great location, just a short walk from the best bar avenue and a beautiful beach in Punta Cana in late March/early April.

The place was reasonably priced. the location was ideal not far from DR/Melia Caribe Tropical, and restaurants or groceries. the room was well-appointed with its own balcony, a mini bar, and plasma-screen TV included. the personnel were happy to help, overall very helpful people. the pool was lovely and I had soft drinks in the sports bar. Moreover, free Wi-Fi worked in public areas.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location in the "royal" level area was perfect, with a poolside and ocean view. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with lovely gardens and wildlife such as peacocks, ducks, and turtles. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and provided great service. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of hot selections that changed daily. We felt safe drinking the water in the restaurants. The hotel provided transportation to the airport three hours before our departure time. we had a great experience.

The Level and Cuatro were amazing, even better than we remembered. Sweet and helpful staff. Beach activities like parasailing and glass bottom boats. Good location to a small mall with Hard Rock Cafe.

The location of this hotel is absolutely breathtaking. I loved being right by the sea with stunning views. The beach and pool access were very convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff provided excellent service.

We recently had a luxurious stay at a 5, star hotel in the Dominican Republic. Our exclusive amenities included a private facility with a beautiful swimming pool and lounge area. the room advantage was fantastic with a large, clean and high, end room complete with custom pillows every night. the staff provided exceptional service with premium drinks included in our all, inclusive package. the exclusive restaurant with beautiful ambiance was a great experience. the hotel grounds were well maintained with beautiful tropical plants and peacocks roaming around. the location advantage was excellent with a quiet retreat for relaxation.

The only minor issue was slow internet service, although it was included in our Royal Service package. the internet was down about 1/3 of the time, but we were not there for business purposes and didn't need it much.
